Suivo is a true "software-as-a-service", which means all the services are completely web-based, and can be used on any internet-connected computer with most common internet browsers. With a simple login and password you can access your fleet anywhere without any special software or browser plugins. All updates to the system are done server-side, so you will always get the optimal and most secure service without periodic updates or other maintenance.

Global Coverage

Suivo hardware is fitted with a dedicated global "m2m" ("machine-to-machine") SIM card for uninterrupted global coverage, which allows Suivo to monitor all aspects of the data transmission, eliminating the dependency on local GPRS providers in case troubleshooting is needed. The subscription fees are 100% included in the Suivo subscription, and a variety of roaming profiles can be chosen depending on your business needs.

All Suivo Hardware is compatible with the various software packages, so no hardware change is needed when upgrading. Moreover, the Suivo Install Unit can be easily upgraded with all hardware extensions, even after initial deployment, so you can start with the basic tracking features and expand the functions as your business needs evolve.

Beyond Track & Trace: Reporting, Alerts, Fencing and Geo-Search

A variety of reports - including drive/visit reports, location reports, communication reports and even specialized reports such as the CO2 report and driver status reports - allow for detailed and automated monitoring of the fleet. Real-time alerts can be configured to notify operators and dispatchers of vehicle movement, unauthorized engine starting, "Geo-Fences" (which can be set for real-time alerts when vehicles enter of leave specific regions), and can even notify in case of suspected sabotage of the tracking system. Use the Geo-Search function to find vehicles nearby a specific location, simply by clicking on the map or selecting one of the locations in your Location Management database.
