Suivo Lite
Suivo Lite is the ideal low-cost track-and-trace solution, combining industry-leading tracking hardware and software with a low operational cost.
For a very low annual fee, which still includes all costs such as GPRS and use of the services, Suivo Lite will record the vehicle's position every 15 minutes while moving. The last known location of the vehicles can be viewed on a large map or a list view. Daily reports with a map of the day's stops and drives are available, as well as detailed periodic drive/stop reports which can be scheduled for automatic generation.
All the basic Suivo tools, including unit groups, user management and an integrated support system, are also part of Suivo Lite.

Suivo
Suivo is the complete suite of track & trace software, and forms the basis for successful and efficient fleet management.
For a very competitive all-in annual fee, Suivo features a higly increased tracking frequency. In combination with the Suivo Install Unit, Suivo offers an intelligent turn-by-turn tracking interval, which ensures that every turn of the vehicle is recorded. This results in highly accurate trails on maps and very detailed reports. When used with the Suivo Mobile Unit or Suivo PDA, the tracking interval is fixed at 60 seconds for high-resolution data and detailed reports.
In addition to the Suivo Lite features, the full Suivo software also includes additional periodic report types, such as a locations report, which shows all stops at a specific location. Also available in Suivo are real-time alerts for vehicle movement, geo-fences and suspected sabotage of the tracking device. Additionally, a default driver can be linked to the tracking device, allowing driver-based reports.
Access to the Remote API for integration into ERP software packages or 3rd party websites is also included in the Suivo Software.

Suivo+
Suivo+ is the advanced suite of track & trace software, including communication features and support for the hardware extensions that can be fitted on the Suivo Install Unit.
The communication features on Suivo+ include 2-way messaging and dispatch tasks. The dispatch tasks are messages with a location, which are interpreted by the attached navigation device. The status of tasks can be monitored on Suivo+, and reports can be made of task activity.
All advanced I/O features of the Suivo Install Unit are integrated in Suivo+. These I/O options include iButton readers for Easy Driver Identification for driver activity reports, an LCD screen with iButton reader for advanced driver activity and status reports, an immobilizer function, a privacy switch and temperature sensors for continuous temperature tracking and temperature alerts.
In addition to the Suivo features, the Suivo+ software also includes additional periodic report types, such as a CO2 report and temperature reports. Communication is also available on Suivo+, and the tracking views also show driver information and the status of the various extended I/O hardware.

Eco-Driving
Eco Driving is a completely new optional tool in Suivo, which allows customers to monitor detailed driver eco-driving behavior, keep maintenance records and view fuel consumption statistics. Eco Driving does not require any special installation, and is an optional function which can be activated on all Suivo Install devices.
Eco driving uses g-force measurements and a highly increased tracking interval to monitor driving behavior. By monitoring acceleration, deceleration, cornering behavior and speed, Suivo gives a score on the eco-driving behavior of each driver for each drive, and also a general score of the day.
Eco driving also includes a maintenance planning module, where the user can configure the periodic maintenance interval of all vehicles, and receive notifications when vehicles must undergo maintenance.
Additionally the eco driving software allows you to keep records of the fuel consumption of your vehicles, and see statistics of the fuel consumption per vehicle.
Admin & Support
All Suivo software packages feature a complete administrator section where fleet administrators can easily create and modify user accounts with their own subset of vehicles. Groups of vehicles can be specified for every user account, and every user account can be configured with its own set of access restrictions to block specific functions or periodic reports as required.
Also included is an integrated support ticketing system for quick resolution of user questions or help with software features. Since the support system is integrated in the Suivo software, our staff can quickly and accurately help diagnose when necessary, and find optimal solutions.
IT Integration
For advanced integration of Suivo's tracking and communication features in your business' IT systems, developers can call on Suivo's internet-based remote API for easy integration of tracking data, reports and communication into any 3rd party ERP software package or even for use in websites or desktop applications.
The remote API is basically a complete interface to the Suivo servers, and can provide a large variety of data to feed ERP systems, or to display a map of your vehicles on your own website. Additionally, the remote API can be used to send messages or tasks to Suivo devices. Comprehensive documentation and example code are available on request
