To prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 virus and in line with government directives, most of our Suivo teams are teleworking. There should be no noticeable interruption or reduced quality of our service.

Service & Support Team – (phone lines & internet connections may me sometimes saturated or interrupted) choose one of these 2 options:
- Send an email to support@suivo.com and ask to call back. Include the number where we can reach you.
- Create a ticket on the Suivo platform. The ticketing system works as usual and you will be helped as soon as possible.
Sales Team – Your account manager(s) remain(s) accessible via the regular channels (mobile phone & email). If you don’t know who to contact, send an email to sales@suivo.com and you will be contacted asap.
