About the Job
As future field service engineer, your main role will involve installing, assembling and implementing our hardware at customers’ premises.
Suivo hardware means track & trace blackboxes, tags, IoT sensors, trackers… In other words, there is an extended product portfolio that you will get to know by immersing yourself in the tools and technology and working ‘in the field’ together with your colleagues.
- You handle the assembly and installation of hardware in smaller projects.
- In large projects, you work closely with subcontractors and guide them with your specific knowledge and experience of the Suivo hardware.
- In addition, you support the service and support team with certain technical questions and problems and carry out onsite interventions.
- You ensure excellent service to our customers.
- You also ensure smooth communication with the Service & Operations manager to make sure the entire implementation runs smoothly.
- You are active with our customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.

- You have a technical degree in electronics/ electromechanics to your credit.
- Experience in a similar role as a service engineer/field engineer/service technician is required.
- Your passion for technology allows you to quickly work your way through our products and constantly learn about new features and solutions.
- You are flexible and a great team player.
- Problems do not exist, you think in terms of challenges and solutions. You like to take initiative and know how to tackle things creatively.
- Thanks to your strong communication skills and customer orientation, you always know how to respond appropriately.
- Delivering quality is most important to you. Customers and colleagues trust you.
- You speak fluent Dutch and some French.
