What’s New in Suivo: Self-Service Absences, a Subcontractor Portal & Smarter Compliance
This release puts time and people at the center. We’re headlining a brand-new self-service absence experience, a dedicated portal for subcontractors, and a set of compliance and operational upgrades that keep your fleet running cleanly all summer long.
1. Self-Service Absences in the Time Logger App
No more paperwork ping-pong. Workers can now request absences directly from the app, attach supporting documents, view their absence calendar, and track their leave balances all in one place. Managers get a clean, real-time overview with strict permission controls, so the right people see the right things. Less paperwork, fewer emails, happier teams.
2. New Subcontractor Portal
Main contractors and subcontractors finally share one single operational picture. Subcontractors get their own dedicated portal with live tracking on the map, vehicle naming, and assigned orders while you, as the main contractor, keep total oversight and control. One screen, full transparency, zero guesswork.
3. Flawless Driver Workflows: Tacho & Compliance
R26.06 makes driver time logging airtight. The optimised Time Logger workflow guarantees correct driver payments, with automatic time registration when movement starts and an instant notification when a vehicle stops — so driver statuses stay accurate with no manual input. Night Shift Support (RDT) now accurately monitors Remaining Drive Time for drivers working across midnight, and full Danish-format DDD file handling has been added for tachograph downloads.
4. Smaller Updates & Improvements
A round-up of the other enhancements shipping in R26.06:
- Targeted Route Optimisation: Planners can fine-tune exactly which subset of vehicles and activities gets optimised on the map, instead of the whole fleet at once.
- Cleaner Asset Data: Spurious data points are removed after sensor (aSR) attach events for pinpoint accuracy.
- Indoor Logistics: Indoor tracking via BLE satellites is fully restored for material-handling equipment.
- Street Reports for Police Zones: Dispatchers can export detailed street reports directly from interactive map views, alongside a high-priority Emergency Live View.
