About the Job

In the role of Customer Support Officer, helping and advising our customers is key. With our team, we aim to provide our customers with a “first-class support experience”.

Your responsibility consists of providing technical and functional support to customers in terms of the hardware – our trackers, tags, and sensors, and our software – the Suivo IoT Cloud platform. You will delve into the content and technical specifications of the platform daily, building up a deep knowledge. It is your mission to prove our good reputation by providing excellent support. What do we see as important responsibilities for you:

  • As a first-line employee, you will respond quickly and appropriately to customer queries and help resolve software and hardware issues.
  • You will register daily tickets in the ticket system and handle ongoing tickets. You do a primary analysis of reported queries/faults and if necessary you further escalate them to other colleagues.
  • Keeping contact with the customer until the problem is resolved. Document the solutions provided in an FAQ and report recurring issues so that we can come up with a structural(er) solution.

We are looking for a positive-minded, fun-loving colleague with a passion for IoT and Software.

  • You obtained an education in IT or you have a first experience in a similar function (helpdesk/support). Recent graduates are also welcome!
  • An inquisitive personality and passion for technology fit our team.
  • Customer-friendliness is a great strength. You show a flexible working attitude and work thoroughly and accurately.
  • You are a communicative, enthusiastic, and helpful person who does not shy away from complex issues.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. A good knowledge of French and English is also necessary.
