Vacancy: Product Manager Hardware

Suivo is a provider of innovative IoT, Scheduling, Asset Management & Tracking solutions, and is part of the Geo Square family. We have made it our mission to connect everything.
Our customers are mainly enterprise companies and always find a suitable solution thanks to our IoT Cloud platform (SAAS solution) and wide range of trackers, tags and sensors. With our trackers, tags and sensors, we collect data so that our customers’ fleets, machines, tools and employees can be put to even better use. It makes planning, managing and analyzing a walk in the park!
Suivo has its own R&D lab with hardware manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and installation service. We also have our own software development team, enabling end-2-end solutions to be worked out and realized.

Where to find us? Well, our head office is located in Edegem.

Your job description:

• You manage Suivo’s hardware portfolio and are responsible for the entire product lifecycle management i.e. from concept to elaboration and further development. This in consultation with Chief Product Manager.
• Based on customer feedback and market trends, you define product requirements and plan new product introductions. You understand the balance between sense-of-urgency and qualitative requirements.
• You keep a customer focus and help determine the right product choices in presales. You also provide technical support and advice to the sales team and service & operations.
• You optimize the start-up and implementation of onboarding processes at customers.
• You provide the necessary documentation such as manuals, functional descriptions and datasheets.
• You work closely with Marketing for the commercial documents and with Customer Success Managers for correct training materials.
• You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the market.
• You maintain relationships with suppliers and partners regarding our hardware products.

Do you recognise yourself ?

• A higher education in Product Management, Economics or Engineering.
• Experience in product management and/or project management, including drafting product definitions and product launch strategies.
• Easily process and summarize analytical information.
• Bridge builder and a team player who collaborates and communicates smoothly with various profiles.
• Taking ownership and responsibility; you take into account the interests of your customers and stakeholders.
• You are always aware of trends and technological evolutions in the market.
