About the Job

What do we see as key responsibilities of yours:

  • You maintain a strong technical customer focus. In the presales phase, you will be involved in giving demos at customers’ premises. You also provide technical support and advice to customers regarding hardware products.
  • You take ownership of start-up and implementation of onboarding processes at customers.
  • Assist in product lifecycle management from concept to elaboration and further development, under the guidance of our experienced Product Manager. Based on customer feedback and market trends, you define product requirements and plan new releases.
  • You contribute to the creation and development of technical documentation, manuals, and training materials for our hardware products.
  • You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • You work closely with various teams including engineering, production, sales, and marketing to support product development, launch, and continuous improvements.

We are looking for a positive-minded, nice colleague with a passion for IoT and hardware.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics, electromechanics or similar.
  • You have a strong technical interest and a passion for hardware.
  • An inquisitive personality and ambition to grow towards product management.
  • You are a communicative, enthusiastic and analytical person who does not shy away from complex issues.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and the desire to contribute to the development of leading products.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch. A good knowledge of French and English is also required.
